Background Information

Rochelle Vorwald graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communicative Disorders from California State University, Long Beach. She went on to receive her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University. Rochelle has over 17 years experience working with children ages 2 years to 18 years of age. Rochelle has also developed her private practice providing Speech and Language Therapy Services in Long Beach for over the past five years and has extensive experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Rochelle is also a part-time lecturer at Chapman University for graduate-level students in the area of Assistive Technology and Augmentative Alternative Communication

Rochelle is the holder of her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech–Language Pathology from the American Speech–Language Hearing Association (ASHA Number 12088293 ) and is licensed as a Speech–Language Pathologist by the California Speech–Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispenser Board (License Number SP 16738).
